I hired them to clean my dryer vent. The price is was quoted was not what they stated when the arrived and they did not finish the job left my dryer unhooked and tore out of my driveway. I called and they demanded I zelle them money or would not come back and finish the job! They should be closed down ripping people off and the manager screaming on the phone! Can't trust anyone!
Customer service is terrible. My appointments widow is between 4pm to 6 pm. I got a FB message said the technician will be delayed. I got it! Then I waited till 6 pm, another text said will have to reschedule for next time because technician is tired from a big job, and customer service said that technician is a human. OK? WHAT ABOUT MY TIMES THAT I BEEN WAITED? You shouldn't schedule me after your big job, you shouldn't tell me to wait, that your technician is arriving soon.
