This company was hired by my neighbor, and for whatever reason the technician insists on accessing my backyard without requesting permission prior to entering my backyard. This is the second time I have caught him, accessing my backyard after asking him to knock on my door before accessing my property.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I experienced. The team arrived on time, however we were unfortunately unable to access the property. I immediately asked if we could reschedule, but instead of showing any understanding, the representative became rude and insisted we pay the full service price — despite no service being completed due to circumstances outside of our control. This company makes promises they cannot keep. They advertise $99 duct cleaning, but all they do is hook up the big dirty machine to your house, then want more money to clean mold for thousands more. They'll lie to you, then block you if you say anything about it. Use a reputable company & do not let them in your home.

I had absolutely terrible experience trying to schedule an appointment with The Duct Clinic. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional — they used vulgar language, cursed at me, and even called me names while I was simply trying to confirm an upcoming service. I’ve never encountered such disrespect from a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on how they treat potential customers.

I would read reviews. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.  Do not pay cash or zelle. They showed up with a shop vac to clean my vents with my tenant present. They ran out of paint and did not complete the job.  Sent me a 3 year warranty  When I inspected work it was subpar.  Asked them to come back and complete the job and DANIEL said that he already has my money and yelled at me and hung up. I just needed a simple AC vent cleaning. I was told basic cleaning is $99. Which sound like a good deal. So I ask to schedule service. The technician came to my home and place this raggedy vacuum to the main AC vent. He proceed to throw some white foam in my vents and then charge me $1600 for a good that seems no more than $500... Lesson learned so I would NEVER recommend this company to family or friends.

I canceled the appointment because their reviews are terrible and when they called me to ask why they called me stupid ok the phone. This company is a major scam. Look at the comments online. The duct clinic is a scam.
