I waited one and half hours before being seen would of appreciated a call that she was running late. The staff and Dr. Longwell were wonderful
I went for a hydrafacial. I loved it. The technician was wonderful. She was so caring and thorough explaining everything and answering my questions and concerns. It's my second hydrafacial and next time I will be going for a peel. I also had some tags and moles removed. The PA was excellent also. I will definitely return.
I asked liked 10 times how much the procedures (inspection, biopsy and removal of moles) were going to cost (to the front desk girl, the assistant, the second assistant and to the doctor). All said: "your insurance covers it all, it is just the $40 for the consultation". I received a $15 lab bill and a $200 bill from the dermatology center few weeks later. The sad thing is that I recommended 3 other persons to go there and they went before I received the bills so unfortunately the same happened with them... I also add an abs... read more
Doctor Deborah Longwill and her staff are excellent. I'm very glad I found her office for my dermatology needs.
Terrible experience. I went there not once but twice; waited an hour and a half each time to be seen and left without even getting into the consult room. There are a lot of people like me, that cannot sit in a waiting room for hours waiting to be seen. Unless you plan to spend most of your day sitting there waiting to be seen, I would not recommend anybody to go there.
