I was beyond impressed with my experience! The doctor I saw, Karen Mesa, had an excellent bedside manner. After explaining my fear of shots/needles to the doctor, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. We had a great conversation which helped take my mind off of the procedure. In addition, the medicine she prescribed me for rosacea has been extremely effective. The staff was accommodating, my appointment was on time and the doctor was amazing. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. The office is a beautiful oasis that becons you to return along with the staff. My procedure went smooth and I am happy with the results. I have three treatments left and already scheduled. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
I can’t say enough about this office and Dr. Longwell’s team. I brought my daughter there to be treated for a common but VERY stubborn skin rash. She was very nervous about going to the doctor, but the staff and everyone there was wonderful. We went for about 3 treatments and everything worked out just fine. They also called a few days after the first treatment to make sure everything was going well at home. Very thoughtful. We live near Brickell, but the drive down south was worth it. We would certainly go back.
I made an appointment with Dr.longwill and I was seeing by what I believe was a nurse practitioner I was never informed of the switch, the office has a nice ambiance and the service although fast was good even thou I got some treatment or burning of some spots in my face that she said they were precancerous and a biopsy of a spot in my back without making sure my insurance will cover it, I felt rush ,not well inform on any procedures that I specifically went to find out if I was candidate for, I was provided with some pamphl... read more
