I had a great experience today! I didn't wait long to be seen and Jason Santos was the best...very personable and attentive. The entire staff was terrific..I felt welcome there.
Best dermatologist in Miami. All personnel is extremely professional and Dr. Longwill is a fantastic Doctor.
It was awesome, the Dr that saw me really was a listener and professional. The staff is happy and super professional. It makes you feel good all the great energy!!!
Update: Rose was finally able to get my prescriptions figured out for me. I'm changing my 1 star, for the hard work she provided after all the confusion. Thank you. My first appointment was 2 months ago and I don't remember who I saw. I had a horrible rosacea flare up. She prescribed me a medicine that my insurance (tricare) does not cover but gave me samples to try to see if it works, well it didn't. Came back on 9/28 and saw a different Doctor Martinez she prescribed me medication that my insurance does not cover. I've bee... read more
