After a 2 year membership has ended, I would never go back! The children program was awful. Staff is rude, unprofessional, uneducated and under trained. Do not waste your time here!
I've been a member since October and my family loves it! I really enjoy the classes and my young daughters (ages 1 and 3) love the kids club. My three year old helps keep me accountable because she asks me if we can go daily! It's not as large as some of the other gyms in the area, but it has everything we need and then some.
I just joined the MAC, and so far everything has been good. I haven't used all the facility yet (the pool) but the gear all seems to be maintained well and there is a friendly atmosphere. I haven't trained in a gym in many years, so the workout machines are new to me, but Nick who works there has been very helpful....he got me started on a program, showed me the machines and how they operate. We shall see if my questions are answered concerning my workouts now that I'm a member, but so far so good.
Horrible experience. I was told that my trial membership was extended when I first visited. However that was not the case when I went in. The gentleman working the desk basically called me a liar and asked me WHY they would tell me that information. So after being called a liar, my kid crying because she wanted to play, the fabulous front desk gentleman smiled at the other men around him like I was in the wrong. I should tell you this membership was, what I told my husband I wanted for Christmas, NOT anymore.
