I did a yoga class which was great, however I didn't like the fans overhead blowing.

Priced good and hours open works. Staff are always smiling.
I teach swimming at MAC. The pool is clean and nice. The parents are very attentive and watch their children as they take their lesson. Very family friendly organization. Kris handles problems and makes sure MAC remains the place to be for working out and swimming. Kathy Carboy is an amazing fitness instructor and Mrs. Mahanney does a wonderful job in the water aerobics for both men and women. Karol Warden
