Have nothing but positive comments about my time at the MAC. The variety of equipment, the friendly staff make my time there enjoyable. I travel around the country an train at various gyms, but always a pleasure to return home to the MAC
Like the equipment haven't tried classes yet, front desk staff helpful and professional, locker rooms clean, day care is nice just wish the hours were more extended, the tanning beds for me do not really work. I go 20 mins at a time and 3-4 times a week over the last month and a half and really look like I haven't tanned..... Maybe they need new bulbs IDK. Overall pretty happy with the gym.
I joined in October, 2016. I really needed to get in better shape. In January, I started working out in the pool. My Physical Therapist had strongly suggested the pool. I am slowly but surely getting stronger. I have enjoyed the fellowship of the people in the morning classes and the teachers Lisa and Carol.
Great place everyone is nice and very helpful. Coming from one of the big box gyms this place makes you feel welcome.

Im very happy to be able to enjoy the pool, sauna, shower and the employees who take very good care of the clients. My favorite is the pool 😀😄😀.
