I go to the Mac everyday the staff is wonderful and the group classes are amazing.
We have been members off and on since they were royal fitness. This last time for about 4 years. We aren't under contract but they still charged us a cancelation fee. Parking sucks. Can't get to equipment you want to use. Called and asked about a personal trainer for my daughter trying to make working out my daughter. Explained to the lady on the phone of what I was looking for she said I will go take to so and so and call me back. Thay was about 7 months agoand I am still waiting.
I love working out at MAC! I attend a lot of classes which push me to exceed my fitness goals. I have met great friends that help me stay accountable and I love the atmosphere. It's a great gym with great people of all fitness levels.
Kids Korner is a wonderful amenity to the gym. My kids are well taken care of and I can enjoy the group classes and floor equipment. The staff is friendly and courteous and the facilities are always clean and maintained. Love the MAC.
I like the variety of equipment available and the group classes. The group classes are really fun. I dislike how it's hard to find a spot to do an ab work out or walking lunges. As well as the front desk staff does not seem educated on the pricing of things or where to locate pricing if they don't know.
Great equipment but the management/polices are bad. Wanted to charge me $100 to switch the 24 hr access from my husband (gym memeber) to my self (gym member) on the same plan, because his work schedule changed and couldn't use it anymore. Sorry but that's bogus.
