I have been a member from when they were across the street and moved to currant location! Kris has been a wonderful friend and also a client ! I consider her my friend first and formost! She and Scott her husband are the owners btw. Great equipment up to date and there's not much of anything else you would need for getting in shape! The members aren't to bad either! ;) come and join the fun!
