October 2025, I hired MHC Painting for my Bilco doors and stairwell the cost was $1200.00. July 2026(9 months later) the paint is coming off. It's clear that 2 coats of paint were not applied to either the doors or the walls. I contacted Mike, today, 7/24/26, he was not only unprofessional, but extremely argumentative.
