Update: I wanted to update my previous review. After my initial experience, the owner personally reached out and offered to fix my haircut. She took the time to listen to my concerns, and I’m very happy with the result. The haircut looks great now, and I appreciate the care and attention she put into making things right. My experience at this salon was disappointing and unacceptable. While the nail technician was extremely talented and did a beautiful job, the salon’s ownership and management are dishonest. When booking my appointment online, I was required to pay a $30 deposit. I was clearly told that this amount would either be refunded within 24 hours or deducted from my final bill. Neither happened.
