He fixed what he was hired to do then noticed a couple other places needing tweaking and took care of those too.

Rusty was the perfect guy for the job. he explained everything that he was going to do. he also clean up after the job which was nice
My door came off its hinges this morning and I was unable to open or shut it. I called MGM and they were at my house in an hour. 30 minutes later my door was fixed and working better than new! I would highly recommend Mike and his team. They were fabulous....quick, nice and skilled!
A bit expensive for the work that was done and the time spent doing it. However, the staff was professional, amiable, arrived on time and essentially did what was required.
Excellent immediate service and very professional. I would highly recommend MGM.
They installed deadbolt for me. The alignment needed tweaking after the install and they came back to do it without hesitation. I would have rated them higher, but there were scheduling/rescheduling issues.
Service was scheduled quickly. The two technicians showed up on time. Good communication on what they were doing. Work was done in a timely manner. Paid a little more than I expected, but the work was done very well.
