Michael, the owner of the business, never gave me a quote for the work even though he had a pretty good idea what the work was that was needed to fix the front door. I decided to go with his company because I figure that it could not possibly be more than an hour worth of work and couldn?t possibly be more costly than the work of an electrician (I happened to hire one that same day). Chris was great and very professional. He notices other problems with the door so he went out and got the materials and came back and did the installation. Would not hesitate to have him come back again. I can finally open my door without problems.
I don t know where to start exactly. I spoke to Michal on the phone and everything seemed fine I was quoted 520$ for 4 hours of work which I thought was excessive. The guy that came was friendly, but he was odd. Asked my husband if he could unlock a bunch of iPhones he found since my husband is IT. I immediately suspected that he stole them. Not only did they listen and check was needed to fix the door problem but we also got them to install a security screen door all in the same day. Very happy with the work.
We were very happy with the work and customer service of MGMâ s Cabinet Installation Service Owner Mike Moxley. We needed to replace a 40-year old funky rear door. Within a few hours of contacting Mike by phone he was at our house looking over the door, frame, and surrounding wall. He pointed out dry rot in the old frame and adjacent wall that would have to be fixed, which he did for no additional charge.
