Their folks are professionals who know what they're doing. They made suggestions and recommendations that helped guide my decisions. The backdoor they installed was lovely. The front door they painted looks gorgeous (glossy red) - my front entry pops. A nice impact.

We had an extremely complicated door install that needed immediate attention. I had all the supplies prior to the install but once he arrived to do the work, he found out that the door was cut wrong from the lumber yard and the eichler door frame was old and uneven making it even more difficult. He assembled and flawlessly installed it from start to finish! We love our door!
Mike was very responsive to my inquiry and had Rusty over within an hour. I would have preferred to have a quote ahead of the service but considering it was a time sensitive fix I would say the overall experience was great. Rusty was very thorough and talked me through many of the steps before he did anything, and after the fact, walked me through the finished product. Additionally, Rusty offered some other helpful suggestions to better secure my door frame and door (unrelated to the repair).
