MGM's carpenter, Rusty, thought the project through and made great recommendations. He was a pleasure to work with: upbeat, expert, and the work (replacing door jambs and threshold) is great. MGM was easy to communicate with.
They were prompt and professional.
. He gave a clear and detailed description of how this happens to doors, and what he needed to do. The doors (double front doors) are working perfectly now.
Have problem with the installer. He was not very professional. But the company eventually took care of the problems. Good customer service.
The problem was a leaky exterior sliding door. With a storm imminent, MGM worked quickly and carefully on a temporary fix for me. The door is close to needing complete replacement, but MGM bought me some time to consider. Assuming replacement is the ultimate solution, I will certainly give MGM first crack at it.
The door that was repaired has never opened properly since it was installed. The repair was done in a little over an hour and the door closes properly for the first time. I am so happy
