I was surprised to see some negative reviews. I had a very good experience and completed the refi in less than 4 weeks. Kyle Cohen was very responsive to my questions and concerns.

it was a positive experience. They did what they said they were going to do in the timeframe that we expected and reduce my mortgage by couple hundred bucks a month so I was pleased.

Rex C****** was a fantastic loan officer and i would recommend his professional services to anyone. he was always available when I needed him day or night and I never had to wait or worry for any information or any unwanted surprises. He is very nice courteous and quick. I recommended him to my sister and my parents and they were very pleased with his services as well. Could not be any happier.

The people working for this company were always polite, informative and doing everything they could to make things work. There were times when I had problems providing them with verifications needed; however they talked me through issues until all was completed.

Very easy to work with. Paperwork was minimal, they were clear in what was needed for the loan. Loan approval was done way before closing and closing costs were less than expected. Would definitely recommend this company.

Run, do not walk away from this company. Started two refi's with them in June of 2020. I would say that I am an extremely qualified borrower (high W2 income, 800+ credit score, no debt except mortgages, high liquid net worth) I provided all requested documents within one day. They repeatedly asked to submit documents I had previously submitted. They failed to communicate where we were in the process.
