Yesterday I received a postcard in the mail, "Time-Sensitive Notice", showing my home value, a "Cash available" amount based on my "excellent mortgage payment history". It had an 800# to call to start the process for a "VA Cash-Out Mortgage!" from this bogus company. It also had a "PreApproval Number" on the postcard with the WHOLE WORLD TO SEE. I want to thank everyone involved at American Financial with my Family securing a home in Florida all the way from Arizona.
