This company is a SCAM! BEWARE and DO not respond. They sent me a mail for with an amazing rate, so I called. They ran a hard pull of my credit report. All my numbers were good (800+credit score, 25 equity). And then, they came back and said if I wanted the rate they advertised, I needed to BUY IT FOR $16,000. Now they have all my financial info, and my credit score is dinged. Their marketing material says nothing of that sort. Cheaters! STAY AWAY!

This company was very misleading they did my husband myself the same way Very unprofessional they loan officer pretend that he was help us get our loan up to the time when we got ready to close they kept change how much to close with we got the money they ask for , my husband is Disabled VA they would even discuss the funding fee and they got upset because i would give them my bank account pass word to them because i had already give them update bank statement , in they sent my loan paper work to wrong address. they cause us... read more

I received in my mail, on a postcard, a Time-Sensitive Notice from this business. It should have instead said “Insensitive Notice”. On the face of the postcard is posted the supposed value of my home and cash available. Let me repeat, this information was on a postcard with obviously no concern for a customer’s privacy. While I understand mortgage information can be sold, plastering it on a postcard without an envelope is no way to win customer trust. Anyone and everyone can see it. What a waste of 2 months- cost me late fees on existing mortgages, kept saying I was approved and then it was true and they kept moving the bar for approval. Do NOT use them at all!

This company is the worst financial company I have every dealt with. After their constant mailings I called them to inquire about certain restrictions I have for refinancing. I want to refinance to a conventional loan to get rid of my PMI. Simple enough, right? Another company had told me I had to wait, but Reggie insisted that I did not have to wait any longer. Horrible customer experience. I am currently 7 weeks past the orig closing date. Since the very beginning I have had to beg to get any sort of updates or replies to my emails. When I did complain about the underwriter I was promptly told that I wasn't his only customer. I finally decided to reach out to the VP of Operations and she replied "let me look into this and I'll get right back to you" 3 days later I had to reach out to her again asking for information. This company sent an exceptionally misleading unsolicited mailer through USPS purporting to be an official notice that starts out “This letter is to inform you that when you borrowed money for the Hone Renovation Program you agreed to amortize the loan payment in your property taxes for up to 20 years.” This is a non-sensical statement, and we have never used any such program.
