Horrible experience trying to refinance my home with this company. We began our process on May 21st, 2020 and we still did not close our loan as of October 27th, 2020. The communication during this time was unacceptable. Every month we were told not to pay our current mortgage just to get a phone call at the very last day every single month, rushing us to pay the mortgage and told we will be closing soon.
