This was so easy to do with their help. Nor one hitch came up. Probably the smoothest closing I have ever had. At 68 it is not my first rodeo.
The loan broker has the patience of Job. He made things understandable and easy! Very thorough so that down the road we do not have to look over our shoulder. When we spoke to him he had a very uplifting attitude, always, especially when we needed it. Daniel P****** is the guy to go to, he will get the job done. Honest, polite and helpful.
