I had an excellent experience with Wally and Ellie. Both people are very professional and know their products and services. They are very easy to communicate with by being available at any time and answering questions very clearly. They are also very compassionate and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Sue and her awesome team at American Financial Network made my loan process a very positive experience! Always there to help me through any questions I had. Retuning calls and texts promptly. They showed care and concern not only about my loan, but about me! They worked swiftly on my loan, so I could close before my surgery! What a relief!
