I had multiple offers with different lenders. I chose american financial because they were down to earth, friendly, and very informative about the mortgage process. Buying a home is very stressful and they definitely made it easier to get the process done. I definitely would recommend them to my friends and family going forward.
I was very anxious and stressed over having to refinance my home. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. Never once did they ignore my calls.
