I was so grateful that Kristina was persistent in finding a loan for me. I had been disappointed in being unable to find a loan and had spent money on an appraisal on a previous loan that fell through with a different company. Kristina was super responsive and really listened to my needs where so many other reps. have just sent numerous emails without trying to understand. Kristina was quick to respond to all inquiries throughout the loan process.
