American Financial Network is the Best Mortgage Lender that I have ever worked with and they did an excellent job getting me the best interest rate. I had a difficult loan but they helped me through the process and never gave up on me while I was in the Hospital due to Severe Covid. Neal L*** was very proactive with answering all my questions and moving my refinance along promptly. He returned my phone calls/text the same day they were sent. The rest of the staff were very responsive to my questions about documents they needed. Neal was available during closing to answer last minute questions which was great! Excellent communication, fabulous team, seamless process; entire process handled remotely (docs via email, click to sign etc) until closing day. Ethical with your best interests. The notary agent came to my home on a Saturday for official closing. Could not have been any easier, and wound up with a much better rate and payment.
