I worked with loan officer Charles Montgomery in working to refinance my house as we were discussing different options he proceeded to tell me that if he didn’t want to go with any of these options it’s OK with him that at the end of the day it doesn’t matter to him he’s going to sleep good at night. Very unprofessional and rude I’ve been in customer service for 25 years and this is certainly not how you treat your customers I would definitely will not be going forward with my application with this company
They made a scary experience a wonderful journey. They answered every question along the way even when I was just panicking late in the evening. Very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. Gave me a date and did everything to make certain we met that date. Very thankful for both Bryan and Will as well as all the staff that efficiently worked so hard so I could finally see my dreams come true.
