Dr. Alice Hur is a trusted, knowledgeable, caring Physician.
I'm a new patient and so far my experience has been the best I ever had, my Doctor is excellent, she listens and explains so much until I have no more questions, I am very, very happy that I found this place but a lot more happy tha I found Dr.Yourim "Alice" Hur, outstanding Doctor.
Dr. Frankel is excellent, but the office is a pain to coordinate with, they use a bunch of different platforms of technology and over rely on them, no one ever picks up the phone when i call for an appointment. I've made this complaint in the past and someone reached out to tell me that I am wrong and they always pick up... yet again I call today for an appointment, no answer, leave a message, no call back an hour later, and they will be closing soon so I guess I won't get to make an appointment today.
