We have been totally impressed with everything at the Metropolitan. The leasing staff is super friendly and will bend over backwards to see that you are well taken care of. They gave us a comprehensive tour of the property and explained all the amenities, costs, etc. so when we signed out lease we knew exactly what to expect. The maintenance staff is also top notch. Great place to live in Wilton Manors! Very walkable to the restaurants and bars of Wilton Drive. Staff is friendly and very attentive to residents' needs. And its dog friendly!
I've lived here for a year and a half. Its a great place to live. Safe and a central location. Any service requests get completed the same day.
I renewed my lease for another term this past July as I love living here. The staff is great and the tenants are fantastic, not to mention a lovely apartment home! I give this place 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
We absolutely love it here! We lived in a luxury apartment in Colo but the staff didn't come close to being as wonderful as this team here. They know you by first name and genuinely care about the families that live here. Hurricane IRMA was no fun for anyone, and while each of these people in the office have their own homes and families they were there for us every step of the way! Excellent place. Just renewed lease a month ago. I’ve enjoyed living here.
We have lived here for over a year now and the office staff here is amazing. Always planning events and making the complex a social atmosphere. Thomas and Alex are always helpful with any apartment maintenance and are always on call with any immediate assistance needed. We just renewed our lease and are happy to call the Metropolitan our home.
