RecommendedBeautiful complex, well maintained, friendly staff and perfect location. Lived at Metro 2 years ago and moved out of state. We are in the process of moving back to Wilton Manors and to Metro again. That's how much we like it.
The metropolitan is absolutely the best community. I’m sad that I could not stay longer. I’ve been a resident here for (2) years and have nothing but the best reviews. The community is so well kept, so clean, they keep you up to date with any news regarding the property. The maintenance gentlemen are so responsive and reliable and the ladies in the leasing office the friendliest. Thank you Metropolitan for being the best home for the past two years. I sure will miss you! 💕
I recently visited a friend that lives at this property and I was amazed at how beautiful it is! The staff that I ran into were so friendly and the grounds were very clean. I'm definitely going to inquire about moving here in the near future.
Everything! Do not move here unless you want to live with a train up your butt every 10 minutes. Previous management was highly unethical. Many lawsuits are in place. There’s a good reason!
Its our final 2 weeks here in Fort Lauderdale as we are moving out of state. We absolutely loved living in Wilton Metropolitan. Its a great community with amazing amenities. What makes it even more amazing are the people who work here. They work very hard for the comminuty. The events here are amazing as well. I love living at the Metropolitan. My apartment is beautiful and everyone is so nice, especially the people in the leasing office. And..have you seen the pool? It's even better than the photos. I like the fact that they get the residents involved in helping a different charity each month. It's nice to live in a place that cares about the needy in our community.
This place is a joke! Ask them about the pending lawsuits! Renter beware! Do your due diligence and check out The Metropolitan Tenants Group on Facebook!
My husband and I were one of the first tenants to move in. We have had a wonderful experience...it is the little things that make it fun to live here. (Like recently Christan was out one morning handing out fresh bagels and juice as everyone was driving out through the gate).Great neighbors, and we love the location close to the beach and Los Olas Blvd
