Horrible customer service at the Monroe office. Would strongly suggest finding another provider for eye care.
Rude, ugly service. Ms Deb Hartis you you my friend are ugly and hateful, and my money can EASILY be spent else where.. you single handedly have turned away my business. I will make sure everyone within ear shot knows to stay away from this establishment

This was my first time ever going to see an eye doctor and I had a great experience with Dr. Schorner! She walked me through what she was doing and did a very thorough eye exam. She told me things about my eyes that I never knew I should look out for! She was very caring and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back to her and would recommend her to my family and friends!
