My daughter who is 5 visited yesterday. She had a great first experience in getting her eyes checked. The appointment taking people, on the phone were a bit rude and condescending but the staff was amazing!

Doctors and nurses are the best here. The opportunity is in their Administration. Messages left for doctors do not get relayed to them. Impossible to get a hold of someone in billing. I have expressed the opportunities with management months ago and he was aware of the issues I brought to his attention. It’s unfortunate nothing has been done about it. Don’t be blinded by their great reviews. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I am very pleased with the care I received at Metrolina Eye Associates....from reception and scheduling, the technicians, on up through Dr. MAC. Everyone is down to earth yet very professional too. In the past two weeks, I’ve had advanced cataract surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results...even now!
