100 square fee error? 500, 1000 that's an error. Small errors will not affect an appraisal. I do not making mistakes myself. i have checks and balance that prevent it. But really If you have a complaint like this order and unbiased independent appraisal or review. I would love to see a one page appraisal. An appraisal is more than one page. The appraiser should have a work file. mine looks like a book. But who knows his might be one page.

I'm still trying to figure out how to give 0 stars for this company and the appraisers they use. Appraiser took 8 days to complete a 1 page report then called out issues that were not present on original appraisal. Their customer service department is nothing put paper pushers who can't give a straight answer so they just transfer who down the line to the next incompetent person. They have no control over their own appraisers. They don't know he meaning of rush. They basically should work for Comcast. Terrible TERRIBLE compa... read more
