Not good. Jason Stromik came to our house and was not very pleasant from the get go when I kindly asked him to wear shoe covers on his shoes because it was pouring outside. The appraisal he did was 50K less than an appraisal we had done just 1.5 years ago for an addition to our front porch. The addition was complete by the time Jason came out and he did not take it into consideration for his appraisal. I was so disturbed by the appraiser amount on my home that it took me weeks before looking at the details of the appraisal. After reviewing the amount in incorrect information was astounding. The sqft, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and fireplaces were incorrect on this report. So the comps were not really comparable...I do not know was this intentional but it surely felt like it. BE AWARE when using these people.

Was assigned an appraiser who came to my house, looked around and took photos. When the appraisal arrived, it was $35,000 less than one I had 18 months ago and property values have skyrocketed during those 18 months. I contacted the appraiser and offered my opinion and pointed out an error that was in the paperwork. I offered 9 more "comps" that were 75-100k more than the listed ones (two of the 3 he used were private sales to family members). This was nothing short of being held up. Their appraisal was 48k lower than 3 other appraisals on the same piece of property. Appraiser was unprofessional as well. Basically was robbed of $500 for an appraisal I can’t use.

This company appraiser do a poor job . I would not let them near my home they devalue property by 30 to 40%.

I have a listing in Moreno Valley, Ca. (well priced) larger unit then most homes in area, good condition. Well they just cameback with an appraisal value 20k less then listing price. In line with homes that are about 500 sq ft smaller. Our listing was newly painted just weeks before listing and did I mention its 500 sq ft bigger then homes in the area. Anyways, there are 3 comps that would have given us the 410k value at least but they werent used for some reason. So we are disputing as we speak but I have a feeling judging ... read more

IF THERE WAS A ZERO THEY WOULD GET IT.... My lender used them for my appraisal. Its amazing how they came in with a value $15,000 less than my original appraisal 2 years prior with a market trending upwards. I also added a $40,000 addition to the home (making me a 5 bedroom vs a 4 bedroom from the first appraisal) and well over $30,000 in upgrades with receipts. Im in a gated community with multiple home with the same layout as mine WITHOUT THE ADDITION OR A POOL WHICH MINE HAS that appraised $70k higher than this LOW BALL C... read more

This company should not be in business. The appraiser undervalued home by more than 30%. I carefully researched comparables and sent an appeal to my lender, the company the appraiser and others. The appraiser called me and ranted for quite a while. Then her manager, Steve, in Detroit called and without having read my appeal accused me of sending "a nasty letter to one of our appraisers." and said he'd file a complaint with my lender.
