Bought a BRAND NEW car from Metro Toyota. Mentioned within the first month that my driver's side mirror was loose and rattling around while driving. I took the car to them for 2 years for my oil changes and overall inspections, only for the service department to basically tell me I was making it up. So now I'm stuck with a car with a mirror so loose I can't see anything out of it while merging on the freeway or changing lanes while moving at all. Very unsafe! Obviously I'll be taking my business elsewhere for my next car.
I had THE BEST car buying experience, here. I've purchased five cars in my lifetime and from scheduling my test drive to driving off the lot in my new car, Metro Toyota was the best car buying experience of all. I worked with Ken K., an absolute gem of a salesman and I'm glad that I did, he got me a great deal on a 2019 Highlander XLE. No other delearship compares, in my opinion.
