I was scammed by this dealer I do not recommend it to anyone
They have horrible service. My salesperson was condescending and rude. I purchased my "certified pre-owned" premium priced vehicle and the original tires where still on them. The first snowstorm I couldn't drive due to the old tires. I went in to the service department and was told when I purchased the vehicle (just a few weeks ago) "the tires where certified but they aren't now". My salesperson told me they had tires buy 3 get 1 free, I could purchase new ones. I should have had better tires on this vehicle when I purchased... read more

My daughter purchased her first car yesterday from Metro! As a teacher and recent college graduate they were more than excited for her! Robert was beyond helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable with her first purchase. The owner came over and also was more than helpful! Robert took time to go through everything in the car before she left. She couldn’t have had a better first car purchase experience. Thank you!
They make it easy...headed over for an oil change and then going to Metro Repair center for a smushed bumper repair...got a rental from Metro which was quickly exchanged when I felt the car was too big for me comfort, and they took care of it getting to the accident repair center, with my being able to take care of the bill over the phone. Worth the drive. They're the best.
Had great experience with the sales staff. Bill helped me out, was able to walk me through the process. Answered all my questions. I purchased a 2018 Tacoma. Love it! Would recommend Metro Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle!
