I had an average experience today at Metro Toyota & with salesmen, Cap. I made an offer in which they really weren’t interested in, but they did come down to the advertised internet price. When I told them I didn’t need financing & went to my local credit union I gave them a call back when I learned that the vehicle I made offer on had been in an accident. I have bought 3 vehicles here and this is the first time that I am very disappointed with them! I purchased a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma and wright now it has 15,101 miles on it in 2020. Since I don't put to much miles on it!The first thing I did to it was install a remote starter for the winter at Noyz and Toyz car accessories in 2015 in Cleveland.Ohio who have a great rating in installation. I am on my 3rd vehicle (1st that was purchased from them) serviced by Metro. While today was a bit of a disappointment in terms of the wait for my express service (multiple hours for an oil change/tire rotation), my service Advisor, Dominic, made sure that I got taken care of without having to even mention anything and was super apologetic about the experience. Despite the extended wait, I am still happy because of the effort that he took to correct the situation, which was not his fault.

Terrible experience. My daughter and I went to return a rental car after my new 2019 RAV4 had been in service for almost three weeks. As we arrive one of the people who receive the cars asked us why we were there. I am the car owner so I explain that I am returning the rental car and picking up my own. I have an accent when speak I English but I work and speak English the best that I can. They lied about doing a tire rotation. Not sure if they even did the oil change. Might have programmed new service date. So dissatisfied I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced there for years.
