Good service good people everything
Their service department is wonderful! Took my car in for a covered repair, they gave me a rental car of my choice. My car was done in a matter of hours. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring!
Metro Toyota will promise you that they need you because their service department is a mess then stab you in the back as soon as soon as they can. Their service department manager won’t train you at all and will get upset with you because they didn’t give you proper training because everyone who’s been there’s for over a year quits because they see how awful they are treated. Excelente servicio de calidad
I purchased my car from Metro Toyota and have had nothing but exceptional service from them. My car has been serviced by them and the employees I have had contact with have been very friendly, helpful and more than fair and honest when evaluating what my car needs.
They have signs everyone must wear a mask, but they DO NOT INFORCE IT! Putting thier employees and customers at risk! They have been reported to the Governors office! Toyota owners may want to think twice to have Your repairs done there!! None of my friends and family will ever go there again! UPDATE: the service manager said nothing to the unmasked customer, even when he walked up to the masked guy complaining about him being unmasked, and watched the unmask guy blow air into the masked guys face!!!!
