At 9:02 AM I called and spoke to Gary Cappy (Cap) and inquired about a used vehicle. Yes he was already in sales mode 2 minutes after the business opened. He found and was very descriptive on the cars condition. We talked price (and I'm cheap) he checked with boss man and he came back just above what my offer was. Done deal! I'm an out of state buyer 3.5 hours away. Grabbed the check. Hooked up the trailer, drove like hell. Was at the dealership less than 30 minutes. ALL the paperwork was done prior to my arrival!!!
