Cap and the team did an awesome job! Made car buying easy. No pressure, no run around, just a great guy who made car buying painless.
Gary "cap" was helpful in connecting me with a decent used toyota corrola that I'm happy with. Had some oil leaks I found a week later after I got it inspected but Gary was able to get it approved to be fixed with no charge. Also, the check engine light came on a few days later. The transmission fluid needed flushed and they did not charge me for for that. Gary is a real helpful salesman and I'm glad I went to toyota metro
Greeted professionally. Introduced to manager Alex as well as Ken Schneider. Paperwork done with Jim Campo was also seamless. Entire process went smoothly. After sale, my rep Jeremy MCClish sat in passenger seat and gave me tutorial on the many features of a 2017 Highlander. Jim Campo and Aaron Andrews are true godsends! Unfortunately, due to my husband's leg amputation and major medial bills, our credit is poor.
