I purchased a 2012 Dodge Caliber little over a week ago from Metro Toyota. I seen it online right car for me right price. I showed up and I was approached by Gary Capper (Cap). I felt like I knew him for years the way he approached me and talked to me. I told him what I was looking for, my difficulties i faced, he said no problem I'll get this done for you. I got everything done in a couple hours great guy great place. I will recommend Metro Toyota and Cap to all my friends.
I just bought a 2014 Scion xD at Metro. The best part by far was my salesperson CAP & the finance guru "big" Jim Campo!! I viewed the car on their website which was easy to use & Cap text me Friday evening after work to set up an appt for first thing Saturday morning. I came in, test drove the car on the highway, went to get my hair done, came back & the deal was in the works. Great central location, easy to find. Staff greeted me within seconds of arriving. Work was fully explained. Comfortable waiting area, with TV, newspaper and free snacks. I went in for an oil change, but they gave the Corolla a thorough inspection while I was there. They finished in less than 40 minutes, and washed the car while it was there. I expected all that...because that has always been my experience. I have never had any complaints.
I should have checked the 3 things they replaced but all was done in a good amount of time, actually in a very quick time!
