Few months ago went there to replace front wheel bearings due to bad noise, and steering wheel rattle while turning, tech said one of them needed replaced, only passenger side, but the worst sound was coming from driver side, they reported that to my warranty company and the warranty didn't want to cover the driver side, funny thing I took the Venza to a different certified mechanic and both sides needed replaced, driver side had twice as play than the passenger side, last time I go to this place or do bussiness with them. Just bought my second Certified Used Toyota from Metro. Dealt with Gary Capper both times. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to pressure me into buying. Overall a very pleasant and hassle free car buying experience.

Mechanical service as always was top notch! Thats why I keep going back...I do need to say that my service manager at the desk seemed like she did not want to be there. She never smiled once, has no personality what so ever, never spoke unless I spoke to her. She seems to know her job but also needs to know that she is in customer service and needs to engage the customer - we are the reason she has this job.
