About two weeks ago I got into a car accident and unfortunately lost my car. I was in desperate need of finding a vehicle and Metro Toyota was the perfect place for me to find it. I had the BEST buying experience at this dealership! I had been looking for a car for about 2 months before heading to Metro Toyota and did not feel ready to buy a car until I came here. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and they were all so sweet. Purchased a 2009 Toyota Tacoma from here and have regretted it since I pulled off the lot. Problems I asked about and was reassured were not problems have ended up with my truck being in the shop getting those exact problems fixed. Pretty sad first experience with a dealership for me and I won't ever return. Think twice about purchasing from this dealership.
