I set up an appointment online via zillow with a confirmation email received. Upon arriving to my appointment, the office lady told me they had no set appointments today and would be closed for the duration of the weekend. She then went on to acknowledge that zillow not been working properly for them, so they know there is a disconnect and yet they leave the post up on Zillow. They wasted my time coming here, so I suggest you don't make the same mistake I did.
