Had some left over items in the original packing which i needed to return for a credit. Was told that they cannot take back special order items. This is in my opinion a special order product sonce it wasent a custom fit object that had to be specifically made to order. I was planning on getting my windows there, but this is how you lose a customer with poor customer service. Im sure this product could have been resold since it was in its original packaging.
