Susan Carroll was the absolute WORST experience of home buying we have ever had – I'm sorry to say, but although we were moving for the happiest of reasons, she was the absolute worst agent we have ever worked with. Do Yourself a Favor....Ask for Michael P. – I sought out Michael Pallares for a unique request. I desired a one-bedroom accessible unit in the Boston area. Within ten days he had the perfect unit for me, a great building, within my price range and the ability to be retrofitted for my wheelchair. I am very pleased with my purchase and the move was a breeze. The people are great in the building and I feel very safe, secure and near everything. What a find!
