DO NOT RENT HERE. We had a lot of issues throughout our 2 year stay. We were patient with everything. Then they gave us 10 back out of our entire almost 900 deposit. I had to clean everything when we moved in. All the light switches and outlets covers were painted over so I had to scrap all the paint off. They never placed down mats when they painted everything so there was paint spray on EVERYTHING, that I cleaned. Still waiting on a receipt of all the charges we are being charged in our rental we moved out of. I had to wash clothes out of the bathtub for 3 weeks with a high risk pregnancy due to how low our water pressure was. I ended up going to the er for that Metro did try to resolve that but you think we could have been reimbursed for it or something. By the time we moved out, the water pressure still wasn't fixed. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They will ignore most if not all your requests. You will not be able to get in contact with anyone that works here. It doesn't matter if its email, phone, or trying to go into the office. Ive tried all three several times and had zero success. Not one single call back. Also used the website contact us form and nothing. They are attempting to charge us for another months rent after our lease is up because we did not notify them that we were moving out.
