His is the second time we've used Metro Property. Mike was very professional. His inspection was thorough and informative. He made sure I understood everything he told me. He even remembered which rooms were going to be whose after moving in and referred to them by name! Would highly recommend!
I was given a few names for inspections, and after doing some homework I selected Metro. I wasn't disappointed. Steven gave me the facts, both bad and good, and some suggestions on what he would do. I felt like he gave a very thorough inspection based on some of the observations he made, and didn't sugar coat anything. I left the inspection feeling like I could make an informed decision on the rest of the process. Thanks!
Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. I followed him around during the inspections and he took the time to point out various issues (large & small) that would appear in his report. I asked a bunch of questions and he was totally great in answering them all. He also took time to explain which items were code issues and which were safety issues. Overall, I was very happy with this inspection.
