RecommendedI had lost the last set of keys to a vehicle. We thought the only way to get a new key/fob was to tow the vehicle to the dealership. On a hunch, I searched the internet and found Mike's. From phone call to job complete was less than an hour. Nick Adams was very friendly, kept me informed of the process and completed the task in less than the time he had advised. I called late Mike last yesterday to get keys made for a late model car. He came to Waukee today and the keys made in no time. He also provided a discount off the quoted price because the job was easier than he anticipated. He was professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs lock service!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! They were able to come the same day I called, worked with my schedule perfectly. Nick Adams was at my house and done in about 30 minutes!! Extremely polite, punctual, and professional! and the best part was that it cost LESS than the dealer quoted me!!
Came over in 15 minutes for non-emergency work. Fixed old garage door so could unlock from outside. Replaced a door lock so can use master key. Realigned some doors that would not shut or had problems lining up. Nick was both very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. Would use again. Highly recommend and very satisfied! Awesome service.
I lost the ignition key to my car, and it's a microchip key. Nick arrived on time the cost was a fraction of what the dealership wanted, and they came to me. The dealership wanted my car towed to them. Nick was professional and fantastic overall. In no time I was back on the road in my car. I highly recommend Mike's Metro Lock.
