First time I used them they were great and I would give people I knew there number. This last time I feel the guy working the counter was awesome the owner was a jerk and I have no plans of ever calling them again
Got my key stuck in my ignition and was freaking out really badly. The guy on the phone was super patient with me and walked me through getting it unstuck. Turns out it had just gotten knocked into reverse, but I know who I'm calling when something worse happens!
Excellent experience! I called a competitor and left a message. ..no return call! Called Mike's and scheduled an appt for 415 pm and Chun was there right on time! Great customer service. I am sure my original key will show up in a box somewhere after packing, but time is precious. Highly suggest Mike's! Thank you!
They arrived within 5-7 minutes to unlock our 15 passenger van and our canoe trip with 20 people didn't miss a beat. Thank you so much Nathan Moore and didn't catch the other guys name. Very courteous and professional, too!
I highly recommend these guys. I lost my car key...one of those fancy chip ones. Chun showed up within an hour, was polite and respectful and fun. He made sure I knew who he was and was comfortable and trusted him before he did anything to my car. He worked fast, and then when he was done, helped with another lock problem on my house and charged me for the work, but saved me the cost of scheduling another house call. I hope I do not have to, but if I do, I will call these guys! Thanks Chun!
Chun came out to save the day. We lost our Ford Edge key while antiquing. I'm sure it is somewhere in Valley Junction never to be found again. Chun was very knowledgeable and professional. I was not happy that we lost out key but I was happy to meet him. Job well done!
Can't find a place to key our motorcycle key VB by code called these guys and they were awesome even stayed a few extra minutes so we could get the key made awesome place to use highly recommend them great service and friendly as heck will be going back get remote for my suburban
