My daughter lost her only set of car keys and I was extremely stressed out but Chun came to my rescue! The customer service he gave was phenomenal- prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and always with a smile even in the rain! I would definitely use Mike’s again and recommend them to all! Chun did a great job on our older Lexus. He arrived quickly, performed great work and was nice to talk to. I think they charge fairly as well.
I got locked out of my home with my dog early this very hot morni,g while watering. U calls Mike's first since he is located in my area. He quoted me, I told him I would make a couple more calls to get additional quotes. When I called back using my neighbor's phone once again, there was no answer. J called it 2-3 times. On a Saturday closing up studio my key got stuck in lock. Called and in less than 1/2 an hour they came and fixed and was on my way!
Called mikes metro and they got to me in no time . I highly recommend them. I had chun he came out and got me a new key for my jeep he's a great guy and knows what he is doing! You guys are a life saver! Thanks again!
Great Customer Service with Chun! I lost the key to my car and Chun called me when he was on the way. Chun showed up when he said he would and got my replacement key made quickly. CHUN GOT IT DONE!
